Welcome to the Outer Barks... celebrating our 70th year (in dog years that is !) The Outer Barks is located in the Scarborough Lane Shoppes (the building behind Fishbones restaurant) in the heart of Duck, NC. We offer a huge selection of unique gifts and supplies for the dog lover, plenty of roaming/sniffing room for our four-legged friends. The Outer barks is pleased to be a part of the WAGS & WHISKERS GALA !  The gala will be held Friday, November 20 at the North Carolina Aquarium in Manteo.  The event is a fundraiser for the five Dare County and Currituck County non-profit animal organizations.
